Trace Services works diligently to make sure our customers' medical equipment inventories and service histories are kept:

1. Accurate
2. Detailed
3. Legible
4. Easily Accessible

We strive to offer our customers documentation on their equipment that does not leave them asking, "What does this mean?" or worse "What does this say?!?"

We'll have the information on your equipment when you need it most...

Sometimes important documentation on maintenance and repairs can be lost . That's why Trace Services keeps records on every piece of equipment we check. If our customers need replacement documentation, we can quickly and easily locate and reproduce service work orders, information on replaced parts or any other original documents our customers may require.

Upon completion of all maintenance and repairs, detailed information regarding each piece of equipment is stored digitally using the Harvest Data Management System. With this system, Trace Services has the capability to keep a detailed history of all the equipment we have maintained or repaired. We can track active, retired, and In-storage pieces of equipment.

All your Maintenance Reports in One Place:
Medical Equipment Inspection Log Books

Those of our customers who receive Annual and Semi-annual maintenance on their general patient care equipment also receive a medical equipment inspection log book upon completion. These log books outline the testing results on each piece of equipment and include a copy of our certification as a biomedical service center, an equipment inventory based on our records, and  maintenance test reports for all devices included on the inventory.

For those of you who prefer to store all of your information electronically we also offer digital copies of these log books. Just let us know where you'd like your files to be sent and you will receive a zipped folder via e-mail containing PDF's for each of the same files you would find in your medical equipment inspection log book.
